His numbers get better (compared to average) when he throws more. He is a 5000+ yard, 35 TD thrower on a team that needs him to throw 35 times or more a game.
EVERYTHING in this post is entirely irrelevant when you consider that Schaub has never won a playoff game. Saying that Schaub is better than Manning is downright laughable. Same thing holds true for Matt Ryan, who I love this year, but nevertheless has never won a playoff game and thus in no way can be ranked in front of Manning yet. Eli has a lot in common with Roethisberger in that they are better quarterbacks in real life than they sometimes look on the stat sheet, mainly because of their leadership abilities.
