I really don't know what you're expecting to accomplish on this thread as you've won nobody over to your cause, your rant has justified the books actions, and you've alienated yourself on the forums. Your behavior and attitude shows me your the type of person no one wants to deal with. Your not worth having as a customer with that attitude and your money isn't needed. I believe in being treated with respect as a customer, but I treat them with respect and courtesy as well. I certainly never curse them out.
