First of all if you're buying in at $100 in a 2/3 game expect a few swings.

What you don't want to do is it getting in your head and then going on tilt, which it sounds like you're close to doing if you haven't done it already. Take a break, reward yourself for playing well and not focus on wins and losses. Easier said than done, but have the ability to deal with these swings mentally separates a lot of really good players from just the good players.
