How great is the healthcare they get? It's terrible. Castro flew in physicians from Spain for his care, so how good is the care the regular citizens get? How great are their colleges? Pretty shitty I bet. Watch some documentaries on what it's like to live in Cuba and you won't make stupid statements like these again.

Medical care is pretty good in Cuba as are the universities. Chavez wouldnt go there for treatment if it was awful. And It is accessible to everyone, note the longer life span and lower infant mortality than in the USA. Most everything else there is horrendous (economy, food, infrastructure, etc).
