Lou, I totally agree with you that it was likely a software error that accepted my bet at 2.5 when I made it at 2, as the line had changed when I logged back in. I absolutely think the right thing to do in this case is accept the bet at the line at which the bet was placed. Every single book in Vegas would have done this. However, I'm familiar enough with the offshore betting industry that this was not a likely outcome. What made me mad was the CS rep lying to me and having me on hold for an hour telling me they'd check the time of the line move, only to tell me at the end they don't give out that information.

The CS Rep's actions are totally indefensible no matter how you look at it.
