    if you don't have $200 offshore or can't take a few minutes to become a pro then you shouldn't be here.
    it's a forum about betting offshore and about taking advantage of promos/contests/bonuses.

    we've gone over this a million times, let's end the nonsense and make the site pros only. if you don't become a pro then you can't even read the threads or do anything.

    that will get rid of the broke jerk-offs and air bettors and will motivate the lazy to become pros.

    I can understand both arguments but I lean on the pro side. If you can't support the site with a measily 2 bills then you shouldn't reap the benefits.
