Poster sends me an e-mail, PM on 2 different occasions states he has not received his $15 Pizza e-card. So I research the order, call the company and have them reissue another e-card, and tell him that he should be receiving it in 5-10 min.
Get a call on live chat saying he still has never received his $15 pizza e-card. I call the company and they assure me that it has been sent.
I ask the poster to verify his email address, guess what, yup, that's right, he didn't know what email address he used. Then says let me check. Its there and hangs up from chat.
