Pretty much every major book at least that I have used will let you do this. Its called an Open Parlay...you can also do Open Teasers. Some books restrict it to certain sports/props...others like 5dimes you can do anything. People complain about 5 dimes but they have lines for everything and its the only book I know of that you can actually parlay 20 teams with NFL/Snooker/Water Polo/UFC/Stock Market Up/Down/Powerball Winner or no/Handball/College Hockey/High School Football/Little League Baseball....find me a book online or in Vegas that lets you do that, there is none, they are the only place for that type of action.
