Yes, yet another 4th quarter comeback, I believe that makes 13 in his career.

But you must remember this is merely one of the games that "doesn't matter" to Romo critics along with every other game that he plays well in or does something worthy of praise. Only the games in which he makes mistakes are the "clutch" games that actually mean something, for which he is then labeled a "choker"....his 4th best EVER QB rating and 60% winning percentage be damned.

It's kind of comical actually.

You see, haters need to hate, they just cannot help it. But these are the same people that would deep down (although they would never admit it) love to have Romo on their team spinning out of sacks and "getting lucky" completing passes to drive their team down the field for the winning score. He would be viewed entirely differently in those circumstances, being praised for his mental toughness in overcoming mistakes and his ability to improvise when plays break down, and not the least of these reasons being that the hate would be directed at some other QB (probably on the Cowboys) and that player's choice of hats, personal relationships, demeanor on the sidelines, etc...

Over his career Romo has certainly been inconsistent, but let's be realistic, he's a consensus top 8 or 10 QB in the league by anyone with any football knowledge or objectivity and rated much higher by some. In his 6th season starting (5th full year playing because of 2 half seasons) he is on par with most other "elite" QB's progress and has a few prime years in front of him to prove whether or not he is himself "elite".

Whether he ultimately does or not remains to be seen, but what is undoubtedly true is that he will never receive his due from a lot of people no matter what he accomplishes, but it's okay, everyone has the right to their opinion, even if it is wrong...and based on ignorance.
