@Sdotbold - BetOnline is a classic example of everything SBR for years has warned about. They open themselves up to these issue by having very little anti-collusion protection as a well as incompetent risk management department.

The facts - No online poker site is it possible to have two computers on the same internet connection sit at the same table other than BetOnline. Additionally, no other poker network can two players open up two skins from a single computer and sit at the same table accept for BetOnline. You can open an account at say Action Poker and BetOnline fund both and then play two seeds under unique accounts and collude.

A second issue: BetOnline offers a ton of bonuses. So say I arb my bonus with 5Dimes or Pinnalce and it wins at BetOnline. Not wanting to meet rollover and getting the bonus instantly I can just dump poker chips to another client.

The problem here is BetOnline is incompetent with poker issues and when they suspect someone is guilty of suspicious activity they go to their front line defense. This is to call the person a cheat, speak as they've caught them red handed and the player might either a) realizes he is caught and goes away, b) trips ups and says something that can be used against him, c) otherwise confess.

Their software and policies are very inviting to cheats - so much so they are either idiots or this is well conceived. Considering they lack the skills to do full investigations on the accounts, they just confiscate funds and where possible keep the cash (refunding some when they can figure it out is the right thing to do as well as a good cover).

BetOnline however is now in the position that fund confiscation from poker can very likely contribute to a large percentage of their profits.

Meanwhile players who are colluded against stand a far less chance of recovery at BetOnline than they do anywhere else.

BetOnline once reputable is now a rogue online gambling site deriving profits from scammers. These accounts steal from legit account, BetOnlne catches and confiscates it and profits. Meanwhile, there are probably a few non-cheats that get caught in the mix too that have their funds stolen.

There is a lot of danger playing with them because there is no where a player can turn. This isn't the case of playing at a site where if they cheat a player, or there are concerns, problems etc. it will get posted on the SBR news feed and be exposed.. So without reasonable chance SBR assists in any but a small token number of complaints to keep their image, this is VERY high risk gambling site, that it would be wise to avoid.
