I'm assuming the OP wants this to be shared:

1. He had a payout request cancelled on November 4th, due to not having provided ID.
2. He sent his documents on November 7th. The dots weren't connected that he still wanted to proceed with his original (cancelled) payout request, there was also a breakdown in email communication about receipt of the docs.
3. Management says he never requested a new payout.

BetOnline will contact him to verify what he'd like to do. It does sound like a simple phonecall mighta solved this one.

Is this a joke? Why would he no longer want a payout after he sent his ID???
