Alex,deposited 130 friday 75 friday (10/7)although im not a big player(500 ave per month)deceided to give you guys a try anyway(cant PM) got my freeplay for the 75 but NOT the 130
spoke to CS about 5 times nothing but the run around.Brandon was the most helpful and told me it would be posted 20 after i spoke with him.2 hours later tried again and was told it would be posted after my 1st freeplay was graded.Today is sunday and this morning was told it had been reversed and I would not be receiving it.glad i only put a few hunred in there if this is the way you guys treat customers for a lousy 32$ or so!!!!

We have VERY specific rules about what deposits are eligible for a bonus; if you deposited again after receiving a bonus but hadn't used your bonus (or it was in a pending wager), you'd NOT be eligible for another bonus.
