The country wasn't debt free back in the 90's when Clinton was President but at least the budget was balanced by the Republican majority in Congress despite Clinton trying to veto it.

The only "problem" about that President wasn't just getting a BJ from his intern. It was a pattern of sexual harassment of women along with perjury.

I would rather have the president of my country getting BJ's and lying about it than having 10,000 US troops dead, unbalanced budgets and trillion dollars in debt.
