I don't know who Randy Stumbo is but I've been a client of the Randizzle14 on twitter and I can tell you from my experience there is nothing about this dude that is scammer like... he posts all his plays on twitter and his records are on his website everything is documented.... just like any handicapper he has good and bad days but overall he does pick more winners than losers.. I've never had a problem or complaint using his service
