I would just post the links here, but the mods here are way to anal to allow that. In the past when I post links to other sites or email addresses, they promptly edit my posts and remove that information, so unfortunately, I'm not allowed to tell you where you can find FREE information that cappers post. SBR is a bit too controlling lately, but I guess that we have no choice but to abide by their rules, regardless of how asinine they are. They remind me, at times, when a parent says "BECAUSE I SAID SO!" instead of actually explaining why they hold such rules. I know the standard boilerplate response though "if you don't like it, LEAVE!"
