A question for those who have dealt with Shilheim... is he truly delusional, or just incredibly stupid? Today he was claiming that he did not make up his mind on this until April 5th. I put together some of this lying shill's more ridiculous claims. You can see from the inconsistencies that he has trouble keeping track of his own lies. In light of the farce of a report he manufactured, it's humourous to see him constantly hinting at the amazing new evidence that he was going to come forward with. Maybe his funniest and most confusing lie is that the "expert" was not compensated for his work. This guy flew down from Vegas to do this investigation for free?

March 30:

All I ask is for a couple of more days to submit some evidence and statistics that will allow everyone to have an idea of how Cory1111 played at Ex St. I have a neutral third party expert available that does not work for Ez St available to assist me with this task. I know many doubt how well informed I am personally when it comes to VP but be that as it may. I simply ask you to give me a few more days. I think you will be amazed at what has been uncovered.

Thanks, wil.

April 1:

I have always maintained that if I thought Cory1111 was innocent and actually played the hands I would then ask that he paid immediately. That unfortunately has never been the case IMO which may seem to make it appear that I am not being unbiased in this case.

The truth is when looking at the big picture and based on my experience I have never seen anything actually done by Cory1111 to make me believe that this is not just another one of his scams (of which there have been many).

Since my visit to Ez St and extensive conversations with not just Ez St upper management but a neutral but extremely well informed on the use of bots and the evidence trail they leave, Cory1111 is without a doubt guilty of breaking the Ez St casino rules of not using a bot in their casino. Hitting the royals themselves is not against any rules. That said my mind could still be changed after viewing the report from the third party.

The reason I am asking for this extra time is I need it to inspect, and present one way or another the most evenly considered and unbiased presentation of all the evidence as possible.

My hope is that my report if the proof is there will convince all but the most militant posters (those who short of a confession from Cory1111 will never change their minds despite what evidence is presented) that Cory1111 is guilty of the charge of using a robot to play for him when he hit his three royals on the Ez St casino JOB video poker game on or about Feb 28th and March 1st..

As we speak that evidence is being compiled and I have been promised an opportunity to examine it and along with what I have already learned compose my final report on this matter.

I have also been advised by Ez. ST Management that if I feel the evidence does not support Ez St's claim that he used a bot as noted above they would based solely on my request pay him his balance in full..

Obviously this is a burden I cannot take lightly and one that I have nothing to gain personally regardless of which way I rule. I know I have to adhere to the utmost seriousness when when the time comes to make my decision and do so in the fairest way possible. Absolutely zero pressure is being applied on me by Rx management to rule in favor of Ez St under any circumstances.

The call when it is made will be my honest and unbiased determination of all the facts presented to me by not just Ez St but just one (not a succession of experts contacted until one is found who will tell me regardless of the truth that Cory1111 is guilty as had been insinuated in this thread) unbiased expert who will dissect Cory1111's play and will submit a truly informed but unbiased opinion of what really happened on the dates mentioned above regarding Cory1111. This person will remain anonymous for as long as he requests his name remain that way but his report will speak for itself.

April 2:

Ez St is also addressing the 17 plus hands per minute issue in a way that will IMO go a long way to demonstrate that this dispute is not about simply saving money. That is still to come, thus my request for a little patience.

Thanks, wil.

April 3:

There is an independent study being conducted (actually it is finished) by a fully accredited casino game software expert. The report is fairly long and technical, so the person who prepared it is doing all he can to write his findings in layman's terms whenever possible which is why I am still not able to post it. The report will also include the credentials of the writer. When I have it I will post my recommendation to Ez St and the report itself along with it...

In the meantime, feel free to speculate all you want.

wilheim

April 5:

Hopefully today I will settle this matter one way or another. I don't want it to extend into Wednesday and Thursday (my days off every-week). Right now I can honestly say that I am not 100% sure which way I am going to go...I don't really care if you skeptics out there believe that or not.

I will not be commenting further today until I post the final report, you know the one that says if I think Cory1111 should be paid or not. That call will be based on only the pertinent to the case evidence that has come to light and not influenced by anything that has been said about myself here at The Rx or anywhere else.

If I can't get it done today, I will work on Wednesday day off or not.

Proceed to speculate all you want.

Thank you, wilheim

April 8:

I also spoke to the expert gaming engineer and software architect, contrary to what anyone says I am no dummy myself, especially when it comes to judging people. His knowledge of how to create the software necessary to do what Cory1111 was able to accomplish impressed me almost immediately and allowed me to trust his judgment later when I received his final report. His ability to do the job he was asked to do was apparent to me from the beginning without question.

Since Wednesday he has been ridiculed, and called all kinds of names by people who have never spoke to him or in many cases have their own pre-conceived ideas that he is not the expert I have described him to be.

I am here to tell you based on over eight years as an Rx Moderator and years around video poker in Las Vegas that he is as well informed on the topic of bots and the software needed to construct one as anyone I have ever known. He is a true expert in the field of bots, including their cabilities, limitations, methods to construct them, identify them when they have been used by a player along with exactly what tells give away a player making use of a bot or software that violate EasyStreet's posted rules.

His report is in layman's terms at my request because I asked him to make his report simple to read for the non-experts that read this forum.

Absolutely no pressure was put on him to favor either side. I had no idea which way his recommendation would go until less than 30 minutes before sending Post #1 in My Final Decision Thread. He could have easily and still might post the same information in technical terms. Unfortunately he has a regular job that takes him on the road quite often and is again traveling today. With that said he has promised to respond to his critics ASAP.

Rome wasn't built in a day, all I am asking any reasonable person is to exercise some patience. Convincing a fair number of skeptics that something happened that they for the most part clearly don't want to believe happened is never easy.

No one is obligated to take my word for it but I am here to tell you despite all the mis-information floating around various forums that Cory1111 broke posted rules while playing JOB Video Poker in The EasyStreetSports.com Casino. I have no doubt in my mind that this happened.

The third party expert accepted no financial renumeration for his work and every bit of information was made available to him from the 8762 hands that Cory1111 played in 499 minutes during which he hit the three Royals.

Time constraints prevented him from examining all 22,000 odd hands that Cory1111 played during his entire stay at EZ St.

Lately someone brought up that I claimed Cory111 played continually for 326 minutes, or five hours and 26 minutes but I have since been able to view the actual computer screen of that session in person and his longest stretch was 136 minutes (2 hours 16 minutes) without a break during what was a 326 minute or 5 hours and 26 minute session. I admitted and corrected my mistake last Friday in a post #699 in this thread HERE,

Beside explaining how I made the mistake I also apologized by making this statement at the bottom of the linked post you can read by clicking on the upper case here right above this paragraph.

"I do apologize for the mistake of claiming Cory1111 played for 326 consecutive minutes without a break. The actual truth is while he did play for 326 minutes on March 1st - his longest span without a break during those minutes was from 3:41PM until 5:57PM or 136 minutes (2 hours and 16 minutes)". I only bring this up as an example of the mis-information being spread around different forums including this one.

Like it or not the person referred to by me as The Expert is the real deal and more than qualified for the task he was presented with. I am confident further information will be forwarded to me and posted on this forum that will convince more of you that remain skeptical that Cory1111 did indeed break Ez St Casino rules. I know there are others who will never change their minds. That is their problem as I can only present the facts in as transparent of means possible.

Thanks, wilheim

April 8:

For the record, I never prejudged anything and only made my final decision late on Wednesday afternoon, April 5th when I finally received the report compiled by the expert. I admit I saw Cory1111's reluctance to come to Costa Rica as a indicator that he was guilty as charged, however I still held off even after his refusal to settle the matter with a quick trip to Costa Rica and evaluating the evidence I witnessed in person at the EasyStreet premises during my visit there. I still did not become 100% convinced to the point where I would go on record until I had the the expert's report in hand.

The contents of which allowed me to with certainty feel that I was correct in making the announcement I made last Wednesday evening. SBR had already posted videos, changed ratings and who knows what else by last Wednesday. I also threw out his history as a fraudulent player that he admitted to being himself when I considered my decision, which I wrote in the decision post itself..

I am very comfortable with the amount of due diligence I put into my entire investigation.

BTW. I just found out that the responses from the person we call the expert will be here by tomorrow. I will post them ASAP.

Thank you, wilheim

He had also promised to post the game logs (hand histories) and the full technical report, but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for either of those. One would shoot down their own case and the other doesn't even exist!
