There are a couple of things to take into account in the context of this industry:

1) you're on a service plays forum website trolling for plays that's probably your first mistake right there.

2) there is no silver bullet in sports gambling it's a tough business (in regard to the people selling picks or advice) there are a small amount of winners and the rest are losers. a bad ball bounce here or there is the difference between winning and losing the key is to be on the good side more often than the bad.

3) you have to understand people in this industry 'LIE' 'BIG TIME'

4) you are not betting against the bookie/casino/sportsbook you are betting against another person betting the opposite of you the bookie is only there to facilitate the transaction and collect 10% form the losers.

5) if you don't have the time or expertise to handicap the games yourself you could subscribe to a legitimate service contrary to what you will here they do exist. Look at the monitoring sites and make your own decisions it's your money remember that

6) IT'S YOUR MONEY .... that's a big one a lot of times I know people get jerked around by sportsbooks when cashing out remeber it's your cash don't let anyone hold it hostage because I guarantee you that the longer you play the bigger your likelihood of losing becomes.

7) If you do follow someone don't follow them in all sports IC is a perfect example he is good in NCAAB but I wouldn't bet his other sports with someone else money.

8) If you do follow someone you have to understand that they will not win all of there games that is a guarantee/lock

9) flat-betting works with 3000 dollar bankroll I would bet 250 a game that means in reality you would have to go 0-12 before you bust out.

10) Money-management if you can get this under control and bet less than 5% of your bank roll you're a better man than me. I have always had a tough time with this and probably always will but then again I'm gainfully employed and I live in reality.

11) try to treat like a business. It's no fun but you will be more successful.

12) set goals. What are you going to do with your money when you win.

13) When you are winning enjoy it while it lasts because it never does. Stole that from Wall Street but it's true you win some you lose some it's never the end of the world if it is you're betting too much which brings us to the ever important and always ignored.... Drumroll please

NEVER BET MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE

Honestly this is truly the key.

If you have more money in your sportsbook than your bank account you should think long hard about what your goals are.
