Just an agreement that the loser pays after the game, instead of say, me transferring 150 now to you, where you would then keep if you win or pay me back with 300.

I would have to pay about -140 to -160 on +3 at most books...an unreal deal sir

The Falcons are undervalued by the public because they are so unspectacular. While they are not the best at anything, they are good at everything.....just nothing stands out. It is very difficult to win 13 games in an NFL season where anyone can win on any given Sunday, regardless of SOS. The game is a toss up to me but I will say that the Falcons are better coached and they will have a home field advantage....I was at their last home playoff game against the Rams in '05 and the place was a madhouse.

I was there in 05 vs the Rams. Packer players will get a rude awakening tomorrow from the playoff noise.

how is a retractable roof stadium NOT a dome?
they call miller park here a dome all the time

    here is the definition:
dome - a stadium that has a roof

pavy you want that 400 points to win 500?

i thought you didn't make points bets? i will be happy to take the other side packers +3 500 to win 400.

please confirm if you want this, i will pay 12 pts/day unless the ravens/steelers hits 37 or higher in which case i would pay immediately (i have about 700 pts bet on the over)

bodog finally moved off of that falcons/packers line to 1 1/2, thought they were going to keep it forever like that oregon +3 - thank god they had that as i escaped with a push

    here is the definition:
dome - a stadium that has a roof
Dome= roof that is stationary, astroturf
Retractable roof stadium= open air or closed, natural grass or astroturf

IE: Arizona stadium can have wind, Ga dome cannot.

Arizona stadium can't have wind even with the roof open. Unless it's a tornado.

Trust me when that roof seals, there is no wind whatsoever.

it gets windy here in miller park, and they often have the panels in the outfield open, but miller park is still called a dome

guess it depends on what definition you're using, but i think the common definition is the one i posted where any stadium with a roof is a dome.

When the roof is open there can be some wind, downdrafts, etc. If you don't believe me go out in your car on a windy day and open the sunroof.

Anyway 6 in one half dozen in the other. The natural grass would be the biggest difference. Since in the past when someone said Dome stadium, it was assumed astroturf. Not so much anymore with these new roll out surfaces. Isn't dallas natural as well? I believe so.

I disagree. I think the dome did end up bothering them a bit. They shoulda scored 60 last night, only got 48.
