    jay cutler is pretty mobile... hes still in there.


    as for the rest...


    vince young, garrard, and vick were amongst league leaders in qb rating this year.... mcnabb is well past his prime, and jason campbell was never good to begin with so you stating him is just as irrelevant as somebody saying 'rusty smith is an example of how qbs who dont scramble suck'

    David Garrard was 23rd in passing yards in a 32 team league. He's not even average. He just doesn't throw a lot of picks because he's busy throwing dump offs.
