frazier will be fired in 2-3 years, I grew up in MN and still live here and have always hated the queens and have taken joy watching them lose year in and year out. this team needs to move to LA or Afghanistan....

Vikings will finish last next season in that division. Franchise is cursed.

Shouldn't they have to at least interview a white guy to conform to the Rooney Rule?

I don't get this move...this is another cheap move in lue of the CBA- keep Childress' staff in place basically? The team goes 3-3 under Frazier ONCE they bench Favre.

Either clean house completely w/ the coaching staff or clean house in the locker room. Doesn't look like they are going to do either and instead here comes McNabb or Kolb.

I like the move, I think Frazier will be a good head coach.

Consider the guy running the team. He gives Childress an extension to 2014 off one good season where Favre plays lights out. Then he fires him with 3 years left on his deal. Likely wanted to hire someone on the cheap because he's paying two coaches.

I wonder why 7 or 8 other teams interviewed him and declined to give him their head coaching job. Frazier is a good guy, but not the right guy for the job, imo.

I think he deserves the chance to coach a full season to see how it works out.
