I doubt Cutler will put up 20 pts and the vikings be able to put up 14 pts. I live in the Minneapolis area, it's been snowing hard all day. Cutler has shown he sucks in the cold and has always been a fluky quarterback on primetime, much less outdoors and away. Sydney Rice and AP are the main weapons of the vikings, Rice has not played hard all year. In my opinion he's waiting to get traded to a winning team and doesn't want to get injured playing for the vikings. Bears held AP to 3.0 Yards per carry, they are tied for first in Forced Fumbles on a ball carrier, and they will expect AP to get the ball all day long since Joe Webb has no experience, much less playing in these conditions.
Only things I'm really worried about are defensive touchdowns. I can easily see a pick 6 being thrown, and expect there to be more than 3 turnovers in this game.
