Bears don't expect to bring in more running backs

    Chicago Sports Tribune

For anyone guessing the Bears might sign a veteran to bolster the running game, coach Lovie Smith brought clarity to the matter Wednesday following organized team activities.

Asked if the team planned to bring in a veteran, Smith responded, "No. We like the running backs we have right now. We don't have any plans to do that. … We don't have any plans to bring anybody else in."

Looks like Shaun Alexander, Ron Dayne, Kevin Jones, Travis Henry and Lamont Jordan will have to hunt for a job elsewhere.
Should have never ever gotten rid of Thomas Jones.

Whats the O/U on the Bears anyway? Like 5? Going to be hard to score with no passing game or running game. Feel sorry for the punter.

    Panthers
    Bucs if no garcia
    Lions 2x
    Falcons
    Vikings 1x
    Texans
    Saints
    Titans
    Rams

All of those are winable games...
Figure a upset on GB depends on the passing game.

GB secondary played very bad last year.
