I do like your thinking LB..49ers have been straight garbage this year, after being picked to win their division, lol.
However, Troy Smith will be starting and coming off a bye; he could make some plays with his legs, and if F. Gore is on his game, then that will open up Crabtree and V. Davis. Regardless, their Coach is worthless as a head coach, imo, and Alex Smith shouldn't even be a NFL QB. I'm thinking a small play on the Rams too. BOL.

The niners will cover, and dominate on the defense end of things. At some point the pride of a team comes out, and spirits around northern california is that this team can still win the division.
