    NFL Week 3 Blowjobs (45% -4.10x)

    NFL Week 1: 4-5 (-1.20x) (44%)
    NFL Week 2: 6-7 (-2.90x) (46%)
    2010 NFL Season: 10-12 (-4.10x) (45%)

Wow, typically my best sport is really not going well for me. I have noticed though that I seem to be basing too many of my bets on what these teams will be for the year (which I never usually do). Just need to go game by game and week by week to get myself back into this thing. Hopefully a bounce back week is on the horizon.

    Houston Texans -2.5 (3x)

Really amazed at how low this line opened. The Texans have been a great home team over the past few years while they were walking the tight rope between "sexy sleeper pick" and "legitimate wildcard contender". Over there last 27 regular season games at home they are an impressive 19-8 in those games and three of those losses came at the hands of the Colts. That is extremley good for a team who just completed there first winning season last year. Now they are off to a 2-0 start finally beating the Colts, winning a tough road game at Washington, and finding a running game in the process. Dallas comes into this game on the complete opposite end of the stick. Super Bowl hype seems to have gotten the best of the Boys. They sit at 0-2 after dissapointing losses against the Redskins and Bears. The thing is, this team is talented enough to be 2-0 they just have been very sloppy. That is one thing you don't change in a week, Romo will make his mistakes but the coaching, the defense, the running game (if you can call it that) has all been sloppy. It doesn't seem to be getting any better either. Last week Keith Brooking exploded on the team after two of the "worst practices hes ever seen". Wade Phillips instead of agreeing with Brooking said he appreciated the leadership and he thought the team needed that but "it was real hot out there". Wade Phillips is a terrible coach and he is the kind of guy where once he loses the team, he will never get them back. I think he lost them. Texans 3-0? Cowboys 0-3? Surprise, surprise.
