With the umpire moving behind the offensive line, the left tackle is no longer going to be able to get away with murder. Anyone who's a fan of a team with a strong pass rush has seen their stud right defensive end flailing in the grip of a beaten lineman, stretching his arm out to emphasize the hold.

Combine this with league officials saying they will pay more attention to offensive holding (taunting is the other point of focus) and you have a rule change that could majorly affect the game.

In 2008, when the league changed the pass-interference rules, my first thought was that Randy Moss' production was going to plummet. Sure, he still had 1000+ yds and double digit TDs, but he'll never see close to 23 touchdowns now that the refs figured out why guys were mysteriously falling down around him at the last second.

So, who do you guys think are the dirtiest left tackles in the game? Which defensive ends will benefit from the rule change the most? How much will teams with a swift pass rush like Minnesota, Indianapolis, and Philadelphia benefit?
