    Am I The Only Guy Here That Had a Winning Football Weekend?

    I am reading a lot of Gloom and Doom posts here right now. Ironically, I had been in a slump until this week, and on a weekend when I do well, it seems a lot of guys have given up on the season (both College and Pro).

    I only went 2-3 against the spread, but hit moneyline bets with Jacksonville, Atlanta and Cincinnati to make up for it.

    I got killed. Even on this dog day my dogs lost, except for SD at the end. (an impressive early score prop, that took all of 13 seconds to hit, reminded me of how easy it used to be.)

    May have to admit to myself that sports betting together with playing the stock market can't be done, at least not by me. Two very different types of attunement. The time may be close to end the sports chapter.

    Had a good week. All I liked was Packers and Chargers for NFL. Had a TON of picks in college but managed to only squeak out a unit those, and it was a total squeek Fresno State comeback and late cover on Oklahoma State over.

    Saturday was a brutal one, with Okla St going down...my biggest play of the day by far. But Sunday was as good a day as I've had this year, I hit 2nd half overs on NO/STL and CLE/PIT as well as Philly, Jax and Denver on the ML.

    Hoping this is the turnaround for me, been up, down, up, down, up, down all year.

    I went 4-1 on my NFL plays.. Also Hit a 3 teamer with Jacksonville, San Diego, and Dallas.. Was a great weekend for me.. My only loss was on my Detroit Lions.. Hope they KILL the giants next week..

    Titans, Steelers, Raiders, Chiefs, Saints, Lions, Colts, and Colts/Chargers Over.
    When you do the math, its 0-8.
    I felt like John Anthony getting pissed on in Two For The Money.
    And this is after my gamecocks lost. Awful weekend.

    college was rough but NFL was redemption yesterday. Up 2.3 units for the week, though I truly felt I should have been up more. I hurt myself with in-running action last night. And so it goes...

    8-4-1 so far in my picks to follow up a 9-5 week last week... I picked Seattle -10 tonight to go 9-4-1. The only games I bet on were the Browns +10, Jacksonville +4.5 and the Lions +1 (loss)

    I also hit a parlay of Cinci to win, Buffalo to win and Dallas -2.

    havent made a play on tonight game yet. I am not so sure about Seattle anymore

    so overall good week for me too

    People that don't post plays always win..

    USC was the reason I had a good weekend. If Payton Manning doesn't throw six INTs I would of made almost 9 units for the week.

    I would have been + 7.5 (10 unit play) for me. I Thought It was play of the year saw alot more than just the 6 int. the whistle on the indy.int was bullsh-t!!!!BOL this wk. everone!!

    I won $5,000 on Sat on two big plays, Cincinatti and Utah. I didn't bet anything on Sunday. All those teasers for the NFL for Sunday that I had pending from last sunday night lost. So, the extra vig did not help any. LOL

    Dorito was right about betting against winless teams. I did that for a week in all sports with small bets and got massacred. I'm thinking about starting a chase betting WITH winless teams. LOL Good thing I only bet very small as an experiment.

    I got killed. By far the worst day of the year for me. I got extremely sloppy. Got in at 2opm EST and made a bunch of hafttime bets and bets for the 4:00 games. It was really rushed.

    Making a good chunk back tonight of the Seahawks though.
