You can bet the 1st half, the quarters, or wait until halftime and decide who to bet. You could also bet the money line.
My closing line prediction is 6.5 to 7 depending on book. This assumes there are no unexpected events, like a player getting hurt during practice, player not playing for other reasons, etc. etc.
I personally will wait and see if any books put up the wrong half or quarter lines. Otherwise I'll bet at halftime, like I do for most NFL games.
The only game I like the spread before the game starts is Buffalo at +1.5 (available at Bookmaker). This team's last three games they have shown a lot of improvement, winning 2 out of 3, beating Jets by 10 and Baltimore by 5, and the game they lost to Dallas losing by just 1 point. The only team that blew them out this season was New England, and they did not lose as bad as Washington did. Bills are now going to struggle against Cincinatti at home because of a different quarterback? I don't think so. Buffalo is not a great team, but they are better than Cincinatti, especially at home. One way to bet them is in a teaser 6 pts to +7.5 but bookmaker is charging -120 for two team 6 point teasers now. I will probably just bet the +1.5 by itself, or take the money line if it is good.
I think it will be 7, so much action going on Patriots, books will try to get a push here at 7 I think. Maybe even 7.5 to balance the action. I do not think it will go there, but I do see 7 trying to get the swing on the Colts
