    Trask reminds me of Andy Dalton except he had wheels when he was younger. No comparison talent wise, but Jags could easily ruin Lawrence. Bengals on their way to sending Burrow to Andrewluckville by throwing 50 times every game with a shitty Oline. Jags prob just as stupid

    A lot of teams draft a QB and he is wasted because they don't have good OL. Teams should build their OL with high picks and draft QB later. Look at all the teams in playoffs. None has top 3 QB draft pick.

    SEC defenses aren't anything special these days.

    In fact teams like LSU, Missouri, Arkansas, and Ole Miss are among some of the worst I've seen in P5 this year.

    hey man OLe Cam led Car to a 15-1 season and the Bowl won the MVP that year as well. was a pretty good QB for a while. washed up now but is what it is.

    good point. a QB is not the cure all. look at Burrow behind a shit offensive line. hopefully he comes back the same player. this is why i am not 100% disappointed in the Jets not getting Lawrence. our offensive line sucks except for Becton.

    After Lawrence, I think Trey Lance or Zach Wilson may be best qbs. Also got Mac Jones. Lot of good options this year for teams. But I think Lawrence #1 no doubt. Someone said he hasn’t faced SEC defense? He destroyed Alabama’s D two years ago and did well against LSU’s D last year. Get out of here with that Bs.

    Trask is Danny Weurffel 2.0. I would draft Trevor over any of them, but it wouldn't surprise me if Justin Fields is a bust.

    I really like Trask. He’s accurate and throws receivers open and has great anticipation. He played behind a so-so offensive line with average running game and he put up similar numbers as Joe Burrow with less weapons. Pitts is the only first round pick out of his receivers.

    Yep, them too. Florida sucks on defense as well but Trask didn't have the pleasure of carving up his own D. Anyone who still thinks the SEC is a defensive conference hasn't been paying attention. Even Alabama has suffered some major defensive lapses this year but their offense is so elite it hasn't hurt them.

    honestly, i would've just opted out of this game if i were Trask. missing all your starting WR's and TE is huge and it's very difficult to get the timing down with new guys. just no upside in him playing this game from a draft perspective, only downside..

    think it goes both ways. if he looked great you could say he didnt have his usual guys and excelled with limited practices. if he looks bad u can say well he didnt have his guys, he's already checked out thinking about the draft, and they havent practiced much. really though I dont think it really hurt his stock whatever that stock was before. u never know what ur gonna get from either team really before kickoff as far as motivation these days since everyone focuses on playoffs much more.
