How much is Jadeveon Clowney worth?

He lowered his price of $20 million down to $17M-$18M

    Good question

Seems always a few holdouts in NFL

Players will esp use this extra time to get better contracts

Would like to see the Jets bite. Of course though if they sign him he’d just tear something pre season and be out for the year.

As a Jets fan myself I don't wanna see them sign him. The guy looks great one game then disappears for the next 3 or 4 games. Jets gotta stay the course and just let Douglas do his thing for next 2 or 3 years

As for the net worth, it is 13$ million already. Though the salary is good enough - $5.1 million

Eagles not interested in Jadeveon Clowney, would only consider him for $10M or less, per report

The Cleveland Browns are continuing their pursuit of Pro Bowl edge Jadeveon Clowney.

Previously sports outlets reported the Browns having a multi-year deal on the table for the 27-year-old pass rusher he eventually turned down. At the time, the Browns were reportedly the only team willing to give Clowney multiple years on a new deal.

But now, we could have a new offer on the table for the former No. 1 overall pick according to MMQB's Albert Breer. According to Breer, the Browns are offering Clowney a new one-year $15 million deal.

"Jadeveon Clowney's situation continues to be complicated," Breer wrote Monday. "And I think it's of note that the Browns are willing to pay a good rate ... to get him, and he remains unsigned. That tells me a couple things. One, that Clowney's financial desires are still a barrier to getting a deal done. And two, that those desires may come on a sliding scale, based on destination."

Currently, the only other team that mentioned so far with any consistent interest is the Tennessee Titans. Clowney has seemed to give them the cold shoulder along with the Browns. It looks as though, as Breer states, Clowney is still trying to grab every last dollar he can before taking a deal, or he just has no interest in playing for either team.

Breer went on to write about how questions are still out there when it comes to Clowney's desire to work.

"There have been questions about how dedicated he's been to the mental side of the game, which contributed to how he fell out of favor in Houston, and that's reflected on tape that still shows a guy relying on his physical ability above all else."

    You remembered...

I think the Lions defense should vastly improve, their secondary could be really good, but they need another pass rusher up front.

I haven't officially placed that future, I'm waiting to make certain there's even a season. But if all goes off as planned, Lions over 7 wins is stealing money and to win the division is gravy @ +700.

He couldnt stay healthy in a contract year and hes had microfracture surgery, it would be stupid to guarantee more than 10 million a year to him. If healthy hes worth 20 million a year, but you can guarantee more than 10 million a year to him.
