    Chiefs 38 RAIDERS 19

This is a Week 2 selection, but the numbers make it a mandatory play. In a perfect world, the Jags will have upset the Chiefs in Week 1 and the Raiders will have beaten the Broncos in the Monday nighter.

Regardless, the relevant statistics in September point out the Chiefs as a solid play. How about Andy Reid's record in Weeks 1-4? 8-0 both SU & ATS last 2 years. He likes to win early and whats wrong with that? Build up wins and secure a playoff spot.

The Raiders, on the other hand, have a long term problem on their hands. September is a month in which they traditionally suck. This being the year before they move to Vegas, its not going to get any better. What have they done early season? How about 11-22 ATS vs. division foes in Weeks 1-4. Make it 11-23. Take wins wherever available and backing the Chiefs in this spot will result in a "W".

The line is 6.5, it is a mismatch for sure but I dont think those trends mean much.
