    If Vick is not able to play this year, they said the Joey Harrington would be the leading candidate to be the starter this year for the Falcons.

    This changes things a little bit for them.

    It certainly does change things a bit, like the Falcons will not be the best rushing team this year and opposing defenses will have to defend the pass.
