No excuses. When was the last time he coached a top 5 defense? He failed to put together an effective game plan. His play calling and scheme let the Pats put together back to back TD drives in the final mintues of
the game. He should be unemployed effective immediately.

13/19 on 3rd downs...no sacks on Tom Brady...Bob Sutton couldn't come up with a play call to get one stop when it matter the most....Pat's scored a TD on their last 3 drives....If Bob Sutton has a job tommorow the fans should boycott...

how does that happen?? How doesn't anyone on KC notice this??

Sorry you can't blame this on D Ford. You can probably call netural zone or holding on EVERY play. The refs are taking and estimated guess on if a player has any part of their body in the netural zone. I think the Pats offensive linemen being so far off the ball probably scewed the depth perception of D Ford and the ref.

Nah. You can definitely blame him. He was way offsides.

You can’t do stupid shit like that with on the final drive in regulation needing a stop to goto the Super Bowl.

It cost them the game and the sad part is he was away from the ball and had no impact on the play.

The Patriots cut guys that do boneheaded things like that. It’s the difference between winning and losing.

There were plenty of plays that were not made on defense by KC. Remember the Pats scored a TD on 3 straight possessions and converted every 3rd down. KC defense had plenty of chances to make a play. Their ineffectiveness on defense wasn't just D Ford going offside on that one play. After he went offside Brady connected with Gronk for 25 yards and the Pats scores 2 more touchdowns. You can make D Ford the scapegoat, but the bottom line is Bub Sutton had a horrible game plan is a horrible play caller. His short comings got exposed on the biggest stage, but if you look at the KC defense the last 5 years the writing was on the wall.
