Scott Van Pelt says he doesn't "believe for a second" that Urban Meyer is done coaching football after Meyer announced that he will retire following the Ohio State Buckeyes' Rose Bowl Game vs. the Washington Huskies. Van Pelt mentions Meyer's health as a concern, but has a "really strong suspicion" that he will eventually return to coaching.

Pete Thamel of Yahoo! Sports joins Scott Van Pelt to discuss Urban Meyer retiring from coaching after the Ohio State Buckeyes’ Rose Bowl Game vs. the Washington Huskies. Thamel details his discussion with Meyer that he had after the press conference, says Urban is going to miss winning the most. Thamel explains how his health issues are “real,” details how the past couple of seasons, he wasn’t able to yell in practice and says the “day-to-day, wear and tear” caught up to him and led Meyer to this decision. Thamel expresses his thoughts on Ryan Day taking over as the head coach of the Buckeyes, says people in the program were impressed with him during the summer camp and expects it to be a successful transition.
