Terrell Owens runs a 4.44 in the 40 + Family time at the Beach- VIDEO-

AMAZING! The guy can still play. It's a shame that he can't behave. He thinks the world is against him and I understand that to a point. The part that bothers me is the explicit lyrics on the music with his daughters there. That's what makes him trash!

He works out with Julio Jones and there's a video where he destroys Jones in a workout in the sand. Go look it up. The guy is a freak of nature.

Owens kicking Jones's ass in the sand dunes. I'm not a fan of his at all but he has great desire and heart. It's a shame that his brain is messed up.

Earned $80M, yet has a net worth of $100K. Guy is an idiot.

Could have gone down as a top 5 WR all time, yet will only be remembered as a locker room cancer.

That's pretty good.. TO keeping his body up.. I respect that... Stay in shape and do sprint training regualarly those times are very possible in an aging star wide receiver... Not shocking to see at age 44..

Herschal Walker and George Foreman were kicking ass in the their mid 50's...

    Fake.

They already had those times set on those stopwatches.

I just timed it here and it was 13 seconds, and he only ran 35 yards.

Don't believe what the media is telling you, people.

Just a reminder for those doubting doubters

Check these stats from some 50 years ago.
    This man.... DD's.
He was the best in his university at those events. He even won big 8 competitions. At 7'2". Do you think there is any current NBA player that could get within 4 seconds of the world record in the 400? Now how about any centers? Dwight and ibaka stand the best chance but I'm pretty sure they would be nowhere near those records. And don't forget, those were his times from high school, not as a pro track athlete.

You couldn't tell from those parts of him sprinting down the full court without the ball? Show me any other center that could run the floor faster than Wilt did in the first clip.

That's a Center getting the steal and doing a Euro step on a one man fast break. What a beast

Track and Field / 40 yard / and other footrace times of former/current NBA players:
Figured I'd post this here because I posted in a section that probably won't be seen. A few NBA players ran Track in HS/College and in the 1970's and early 1980's a tv show used to exist call "The Superstars" where athletes from various disciplines of sport would compete in their off seasons in various race and weight lifting events.

From either running Track and Field, or that show, here are some known former NBA player PR's in these events:

    11.27 Bill Cunningham

    11.30 Dave Cowens

    11.36 Nate Archibald

    11.38 Chet Walker

    11.40 Rick Barry
