If im the browns i might trade down a few spots and take Barkley and than try to trade up and get Baker. All this Baker hate has to do with people comparing him to Johnny football. Johnny had the talent but a two cent brain. Mayfield will make it in this league unless he is another guy that likes the drinky
I absolutely think mayfield a bust waiting to happen, I agree it unfair and not great comparison to Johnny fb tho. My doubts about him are based off what I've seen from him alone not anyone else.

1st off let me say he was a great college qb and I'm not trying to take anything away from that, that is a unbelievable accomplishment for anyone let alone a guy who wasn't highly regarded out of high school and walked on! That said being a great college qb has never proven to be a indicator of NFL success, plenty of examples of great college guys who couldn't get it done on next level, just as plenty of guys who weren't great in college who's games got way better in NFL.

I'm always skeptical of big 12 and especially sooner qb's, they are set up to succeed at the college level, great talent around them, very friendly offense that allows for easy reads, wide open guys, lot of rac yards, and get to face a lot of terrible defenses in that conf!! Couldn't begin to tell ya how pissed I was rams drafted Bradford #1 as I thought his numbers were absolutely a product of surrounding talent and system.

When I watch baker I don't see a NFL arm, I don't see a guy who gonna have those windows he had in college. As much as I agree the Johnny fb comp is unfair I think it equally ridiculous the baker supporters compare him to brees and Wilson simply cause their height and they have ability to find those windows to throw with smarts or athletic ability. I don't believe he has brees smarts/pocket mastery or Wilson's athleticism. Back to the arm I just don't see his passes holding up in cold windy stadiums in the afc north!

Again not comparing to Johnny but I disagree about "Manzel having the talent" , he didn't have the talent to be NFL qb, being a jack off might have been what kept him from having a chance but his size and game were never gonna translate to a 16 gm NFL season and neither does bakers imo. Mayfield being much more dedicated will have him sticking around as a backup but no more, I actually think chase daniel is a pretty good comp.

Broncos are chalky but that is probably where he goes, although Jaguars and Vikings are intriguing.

I really like the Bills at +1400. I don't see them sticking with Tyrod as their 2018 starter.

Their cap space will make it hard to compete for Cousins.. I can see it if they attempt a 1-year deal and lace it with heavy playoff incentives.
