How is 10 stitches in your throwing hand "No big deal"?

They're down playing it, but I don't care what they say.....It's a factor.

Brady needs a certain amount of air pressure in his footballs for him to throw his best, but this is no big deal.

Some additional context/information: On Tom Brady, he required more than 10 stitches after sustaining a cut on the inside part of his right throwing hand near the thumb Wednesday, per source. Those at practice described a bloody scene.
