Public likely to hammer the Falcons. Most likely the number will land at +3.
Eagles at home, rested, cold rainy weather, Falcons not as good on grass plus Eagles have to feel disrespected.
If Foles can just manage the game with short passes and avoid turnovers I think they can win.
Foles is streaky.. He'll either play bad or really good.
For that reason I think backers of the Eagles +3 spread are better off just taking the moneyline.
