    Last game of the night always buy a point especially on Sundays or Holidays.. Been gambling for decades seen this happen to many times. Just buy a point and it might just save ya... I do it alot and it's paid off..

    CKid, you're right. The lateral close to line of scrimmage never works.

    Have to get downfield on initial pass. Lot of possibilities:
    1) Hail Mary
    2) Tipped Pass
    3) Pass Interference
    4) Hook + Ladder, but it has to start w/ 30-yard downfield pass
    5) Chance for defensive penalty

    i agree has to at least start down the field the short pass around the line of scrimmage does nothing except gets the play going backwards, they were at the 35 i was hoping they would go for a hail mary

    Yeah, teams have now sniffed this out. They know the PREVENT DEFENSE vs this particular play is effective. If u have 11 men behind the ball, the multiple rugby laterals become impossible. For one thing, a rugby field is quite a bit wider than a regulation football field.
