    WTF Happened At End Of Half In Washington and Cleveland Games

    Need the Browns to score in the red zone. They didn't. Skins give up 14 in last minute. Huh?

    Cousins threw an interception on his first pass when they got the ball back with like 1:50 left. Murray had a nice run and then Case Keenum threw a TD.
