    then one of the nobody ex-players on espn said they threw rest of league under bus with that announcement

    They are supposed to stand towards the Flag with their helmet in their left arm, and right hand over their heart. But, the NFL only cares about the rules when it comes to not wearing certain socks, colors, headphones, or decals on their helmets, etc.
