So for NFL Thursday Night Opener to Kick off 2017, Patriots will host the...

    ...CHIEFS?

Odd choice considering Super Bowl rematch vs. Falcons is on schedule.

Falcons are headed back to obscurity but at this moment I don't see a more interesting opponent on the Patriots home schedule

    Home
    Buffalo
    Miami
    NY Jets
    Kansas City
    LA Chargers
    Atlanta
    Carolina
    Houston

    Ratings.
NFL will get bigger ratings for that game in prime time on a Sunday at 8pm in October than it would on Labor Day week Thursday.

Not as long as there's TB, NO and Carolina in that shitty division they're not.

Tampa Bay may be on the upswing, or so they say. I'm not convinced that hotshot QB from Florida State keeps himself in top shape. He looks a bit doughy to me. May have a short shelf life.

TB offense goes as far as Mike Evans takes them, not Winston.
As long as Winston gets the ball to Evans, they'll be in the hunt, the defense isn't that bad.
