Why shouldn't you?
1. Let's face it... he knows the Dallas offense. He put a lot of time into check downs.... hot reads etc. You know how long it would take him to try and duplicate this offensive formula for another team? Furthermore... make sure his teammates are on the same check as him? I just don't think you'll have offensive rhythm like what he has done for Dallas.
2. Age. He might have maybe 1 year left in him. Again... key word might. What if it takes him 1 (waste) year just to get the offense in-sync?
3. Mobility. Doesn't have the mobility he wants did. I think Tom Brady has more mobility than Romo. That's not saying much.
4. Injury prone. All it would take is one good hit and his career would be over.
Factor all of this in... would you give this guy 10+ million a year?
What would you even offer him?
Forcing a deal like this... could possibly screw your entire team up for a few years.
I just don't see any value here.
