    Atlanta is showing 71% of bets yet the line moved from -4.5 to -3.5. Can someone explain this movement? Is it manufactured?

    Colorado hasn't been favored by double-digits a lot since 2005 (-13 tonight v UCLA) but when they have been the Buffs went 13-6 ATS.
