    Fairly certain the players are well aware it isn't Bill O'Briens fault that the team signed him to a massive contact. O'Brien won't bench Osweiler unless he starts throwing 3 picks per game. More like Rick Smith shouldn't be able to look anyone in the face.

This offense is work in progress, and that's exactly why the 72mln deal is a much better idea than a short term contract for a couple of years. They lost to New England, Minnesota and Denver. AWAY. After they beat Detroit they are 5-3 and sitting pretty during their bye week.
