    Rex Ryan, his brother and some gal..

    This is really good, first Rex hires his brother to coach the defense (He is a terrible coach IMO) now he hires a gal who has been his secretary/assistant for 15 years to coach. I think Rex is getting all he can before Mr. Pegula tells him to hit the road after his next 7-9 season.

    it's not a real coaching position.
    essentially she will be prepping film for the special teams coordinator and
    the special teams assistant. "quality control", basically an audio-visual gig.
    listen to the explanation of her duties. the word "coach" doesn't belong,
    except to attract headlines.
