    I agree that Grigson is the real problem, but Pagano should have realized the problems he was facing and accept the deal and let Grigson take the blame for the personnel issues.

    Pagano will get another HC job by some team with bad owners, same way Rex Ryan did. He's not a good head coach. He'll be fired for sure in his next job. I could see San Diego hiring him, maybe Cleveland.

    I'm in Indy and they're saying that the coaches are pointing out how much pain Luck was in with a broken rib and was taking painkillers and Grigson covered it up which violates the NFL injury reporting rules. They're trying to take Grigson down with them. I don't think Pagano is a very good coach but Grigson is a total prick. He won't talk to the media here so it makes Pagano have to make all the excuses? Pagano didn't trade a #1 for Trent Richardson or draft a bunch of busts since Grigson's first year? Free agents have been horrible too...LeRon Landry...BUST. Trent Cole...BUST. Andre Johnson...BUST
