    The clock was stopped on the delay of game penalty and Cousins was trying to spike the ball when he didn't have to. Then, Philly called TO, and he still thought he had to spike the ball and took a knee?

    I thought I saw Philly come close to jumping offside, that might have thrown him, so he took a knee thinking he'd get the penalty and clock stoppage. Still makes no sense, because in that case, he'd have a free play, throw it to the end zone.
