    as we have stated many times before...it's not fixed...its called incompetent refs...yes, they really are that horrible and stupid...officiating is at an all-time low and has been so damn wretched the last several years, that it makes watching a game unbearable!...especially Jerome Boger and his crew...they have absolutely no business being refs at any level, let alone the NFL...
