    Penalties are missed every game. Go back to when Schaub got hit in the face on third and goal. Give them a first down there and they probably score a td rather than a fg, and they definitely take time off the clock.

    The stepping out of bounds thing though? That's gotta at least be looked at. It was bizarre. But also blame Cleveland's coaches and players. They were walking across the field with the headsets off to shake hands not two seconds after it was ruled a touchdown. No one, and I mean no one in the entire building aside from a few fans, wanted to drag that game out.

    Ultimately, you lay points with arguably the worst franchise in professional sports? Don't complain when the unlikely happens.
