This is a pro team, your kicker misses again you fire him. You keep doing dumb shyt like that it's your black ars that will be fired. Nobody does that dumb of crap that many times in the last quarter of a game unless they are on the take or just one dumb MFer. Nice job black coach backers. If you was to do this type of decision making in a multi-billinon dollar company you would be fired on the spot. The NFL is a multi-billion dollar business.
